1. Data controller

MatrixTradeAI ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at any time at support@matrixtradeaibot.com regarding any privacy matter.

2. Data we collect

When you register, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, together with the consents you give and the registration date. When you create a member account we additionally store your sign-in credentials in hashed form. We never collect or store passwords in readable form, and we never transmit credentials by email.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process registration data to create and manage your account, to respond to your enquiries and to provide the platform services you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent). Optional marketing communication is sent only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Storage and retention

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure within the European Union. Registration data is retained while your account or enquiry is active and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for the purposes above, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@matrixtradeaibot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the technical processors required to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing for memberships), each bound by data-processing agreements and GDPR obligations.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the technical storage required to keep you signed in and to operate the application. No advertising trackers are used.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we process personal data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email before the change takes effect.
